Reconstitution	For consistent and reproducible results, reconstitute with 140µl of distilled water and 260µl PBS (or 50% glycerol in PBS) for the equivalent of undiluted antibody, immediately before use. Do not refreeze any unused portions.
Storage Condition	For optimal results, use the antibody as soon as possible after reconstitution. Store in lyophilized form unless needed and reconstitute immediately before use. Once reconstituted, the antibody should be stable for a few days at -4°C. For storage up to a few months, prepare small aliquots after reconstitution and freeze at -20°C or -80°C. Repeated freeze thaw cycles should be strictly avoided.
Contents	This vial contains 400µg of rabbit IgG in 140µl PBS (137mM NaCI, 2.7mM KCI, 4.3mM Na2HPO4, 1.4mM KH2PO4, pH7.2) in the lyophilized form.

This was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity column. The HPLC purified standard peptide, Prepro-ANP (26-55) [Pro-ANP (1-30)] (Human) can be detected with this IgG (1:50,000, 0.02µg/ml) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
